Gourmet Detective roles:
Ira "Skippy" Crumbein in Darling, You Slay Me
Daniel first caught the eye of the Gourmet Detective while performing as Benny Southstreet in a Fullerton College production of 'Guys and Dolls'; and joined the company shortly after, in early 2009.
No stranger to the stage, Daniel has covered performance spaces throughout the OC and LA; portraying roles such as The Cat in the Hat (Seussical), Horst (Bent), Victor Frankenstein (Frankenstein), The Beast (Beauty and the Beast), Dr. Scott (The Rocky Horror Show), Ferris Layman (The Diviners), Artie Shaugnessy (The House of Blue Leaves), Man 1 (Songs For a New World), Happy Layman (Death of a Salesman), and was even nominated for an Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship for his portrayal of Dr. Dorn in Chekhov's 'The Seagull', just to name a few. Aside from being a part of the original cast of Buena Park's 'Teatro Martini', Daniel has also performed as a clown with the travelling clown troupe 'ClownMa dell'Arte', as a Squire at 'Medieval Times', and as a children's entertainer with 'Creative Parties for Kids'. As a proud SAG-AFTRA member, Daniel currently enjoys teaching comedy improv to high school students, as well as continuing work on his balloon-twisting web-series, 'Squeaking Rubber'.
